Description de la fonction

As a Legal Recruitment Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with clients to define the ideal candidate profile for Legal and Tax professionals, both in law firms and companies.
  • Search for potential candidates through our database and your own network, identifying candidates and screening them based on experience, personality, and skills.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of the search process.
  • Compile a shortlist of the best-suited candidates based on thorough evaluations.

In this role, you’ll uphold Vialegis’ core values, which include absolute discretion, a client-focused approach, and a drive to help candidates find opportunities that align with their professional goals.

Profil

To excel in this role, we’re looking for the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A qualified Belgian lawyer with 3 to 8 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or as an in-house Legal Counsel.
  • Ideally, experience with Big4 or similar organizations.
  • A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
  • A service-oriented approach with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Enthusiasm for tackling challenging searches and a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
