Master’s degree in Law with at least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate law, gained in a major law firm or as an in-house lawyer, preferably in a comparable sector. You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Group Legal Counsel to join CFE’s legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, along with knowledge of and/or interest in construction law and public private partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to expand into other legal areas such as GDPR, insurance law, public market regulations, labor law and to contribute to the growth of an innovative and rapidly expanding Group. As part of the CFE’s legal team, you will report to the General Counsel while working alongside experienced (legal) professionals.
