This privacy statement applies to Redmore Holding BV (hereinafter referred to as: “House of Redmore”) and all direct and indirect subsidiaries, trading under: Redmore Solutions, Redmore Interim, Talent&Pro, House of Beta, CTRL-F, Triple A – Risk Finance, Profource, Finalise, ITDS Nederland, Poland and Portugal, Vialegis and Agium.

These are organizations with a focus on consultancy and secondment and are part of House of HR. House of Redmore will handle questions and requests for its direct and indirect subsidiaries and under its responsibility. We take the privacy of stakeholders, such as customers, applicants, candidates and interested parties, very seriously. We will protect (personal) data that we obtain adequately and carefully. In doing so, House of Redmore complies with the applicable laws and regulations and its policies.

This privacy statement states how we handle the personal data that we obtain through this website or through a social media service. It also states that we are not responsible for the accuracy of data on our website.

What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

We do not collect personal data that is not necessary for our purpose. As a result, the personal data we collect may differ per processing. Below is a description of the data we collect via our website or social media service for each processing:

Newsletters, brochures and information about vacancies

In case you would like to be kept informed of news and vacancies, you can subscribe to our newsletter and/or to receive the vacancy (for a traineeship).

Based on your consent, we collect the following data in these cases:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Mobile phone number

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • Sending news
  • Sending news about our events
  • Sending information about our services and other marketing purposes
  • Sending information about the vacancy (of a traineeship)

Recruitment and Application process for a vacancy

In case you want to be considered for one of our vacancies via our website or social media service, we collect the following data with your permission:

  • Last name, first name, telephone number, email address
  • personal details in the CV document

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • assessment of a candidate’s suitability for a vacancy
  • Contacting a candidate
  • creation of a digital file of the candidate
  • Collecting information via the website in order to determine statistics regarding the operation and use of the website and the origin of the application where applicable, such as with Talent&Pro and Profource.

In the event that you turn out to be a suitable candidate (during the selection procedure), the recruitment process will begin. For the recruitment process, we collect the following data with a view to the possible conclusion of an agreement:

  • Name and address details, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number
  • CV including education and skills, work history
  • (Depending on which House of Redmore company you are hiring)
  • Results of the pre-employment assessment, employee notes

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • Assessment of a candidate’s suitability for a vacancy
  • Contacting a candidate
  • Creation of a digital file of the candidate
  • (Depending on which House of Redmore company you are hiring)
  • Performing pre-employment screenings

Without the collection of this data, no agreement can be concluded.

We also use the e-mail address and name and address details for:

  • Collecting information through the website in order to establish statistics regarding the operation and use of the website and the origin of the application, where applicable.

Employment services

In the event of an open application for an employment contract or a traineeship or, depending on whether this service is offered by House of Redmore, another request for mediation to enter into employment somewhere with the help of us, we collect the same data on the basis of consent as for the recruitment and application procedure.

Onboarding
Depending on which House of Redmore company you are hiring, you will follow an onboarding program before you officially start working for us. For the onboarding program, we collect the following data with a view to possibly concluding an agreement, based on a legitimate interest or on the basis of your consent:

  • Name and address details, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number
  • Training results

We use this data for the following purposes:

  • Uitnodiging voor de onboarding
  • Trainingsdoeleinden, zoals voorbereiding op de intake

Voor de onboarding, maken wij gebruik van de volgende tools: Flowsparks, MSForms of Oracle.

Events

In the event that House of Redmore or one of its direct or indirect subsidiaries organizes an event, visual material may be made that is processed on the basis of legitimate interest.

In addition to making visual material, we process the following personal data on the basis of your consent:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • (possible) dietary requirements
  • Other necessary information regarding the event

We use this data for marketing, recruitment, public relations and commercial purposes.

The participant is responsible for his own property, his (good) behavior and himself. House of Redmore is not liable for damage to or theft of your property. House of Redmore is also not liable for personal injury caused during the event. The event is by no means work-related.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make user experiences more efficient. By law, we are allowed to store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the use of the site. For all other types of cookies, we need your consent. Legal Bases of Processing

Permission

In some cases, we store personal data with your consent. It may be freely withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. You can make this request known by sending an e-mail to privacy@redmore.eu.

Legitimate interest

Your privacy is very important to us. In the event that we use your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, we will weigh up the interests in advance. A balance of interests for the interests of physical security, IT and network security, processing for investigation purposes, prevention of fraud, misuse of services or money laundering may be in our favour.

Necessity for the performance of the contract

If you are going to apply for a job, the processing of the personal data you share will be based on the necessity for the performance of the agreement. Without this information, no employment contract can be concluded.

Legal basis

Only when you start working do we process personal data on the basis of a legal basis. If you are employed, the processing and your privacy rights are described in our Internal Privacy Policy.

Who receives your personal data?

House of Redmore only shares personal data within House of Redmore with employees who need this data for the purpose. These employees treat this data confidentially. The personal data is only stored by us in the Netherlands.

House of Redmore engages third parties that process personal data on behalf of House of Redmore. These third parties include suppliers of software for business solutions, (employees of) suppliers who provide education and training and suppliers of screening solutions. House of Redmore enters into processing agreements with all processors of personal data.

House of Redmore also shares personal data with its sister, subsidiary and/or parent companies. The sharing of data within the various entities of House of Redmore or the sharing of data within the group of entities that falls under the ownership and control of House of HR N.V., our shareholder, is governed by an intragroup framework agreement, where clear agreements are made about the purpose (such as (security) campaign purposes, IT purposes or for joint projects).  the resources, the role of the parties and the technical and organizational control measures that the parties are required to take.

Who receives your personal data?

House of Redmore shares personal data within House of Redmore only with employees who need this data for their purpose. These employees treat this data confidentially. The personal data is processed and/or stored by us or by our (sub-)processors in the following countries:

  • Netherlands
  • Australia
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Ireland

House of Redmore engages third parties to process personal data on behalf of House of Redmore. These third parties include software providers for business solutions, (employees of) providers who offer training and education, and providers of screening solutions. House of Redmore checks the countries of processing for an adequate level of privacy and data protection and enters into processing agreements and/or additional clauses with all (sub)processors of personal data, such as SCCs, adequacy decisions, or applicable treaties.

House of Redmore also shares personal data with its sister companies, subsidiaries, and/or parent companies. The sharing of data within the various entities of House of Redmore or the sharing of data within the group of entities under the ownership and control of House of HR N.V., our shareholder, is governed by an intragroup framework agreement, where clear agreements are made regarding the purpose (such as (security) campaign purposes, IT purposes, or joint projects), the means, the role of the parties, and the technical and organizational measures that the parties must take.

How long do we keep your personal data?

House of Redmore does not store the personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. In our considerations for determining retention periods, we take legal obligations or guidelines from the Dutch Data Protection Authority as a starting point.

With the exception of the storage of the cookies, the retention periods of which are described in the cookie statement, we use a retention period of 5 years after the end of the application procedure, an open application for an employment contract or a traineeship or, depending on whether this service is offered by House of Redmore, another request for mediation to enter into employment somewhere with our help, we collect the same data on the basis of consent as for the recruitment and application process.

How do we protect your personal data?

House of Redmore takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Access to personal data is limited to those employees for whom the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of their work.

In this privacy statement, we can only indicate how we handle your personal data. We have no control over how the above companies use your personal data.

How do you make use of data subject rights?

To submit a request to view, change or delete your personal data, to object to the use of your personal data or to withdraw permission for the use of your personal data, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to privacy@redmore.eu.

Please state in the subject line which right you wish to exercise. Upon receipt of your request, we will establish your identity on the basis of a number of verification questions. We reserve the right to verify your identity using two-factor authentication in case of doubt.
