Function

Strelia’s office in Brussels is looking for a (senior) associate to join the Employment & Benefits team, led by Partner Stefanie Tack. You will be part of a passionate team of lawyers focusing on all aspects of employment law, in every aspect of business operations. The team operates independently while remaining fully integrated within the firm to provide clients with comprehensive services.

Profile

  • You have at least 6 years’ experience as an employment & benefits lawyer in a business law firm or niche law firm.
  • You hold a Belgian master’s in law. An LL.M. in Social Law is a plus.
  • Native Dutch-speaker, with an excellent command of English and French or native French-speaker, with an excellent command of English and Dutch.
  • As a team player you have the necessary drive and talent to work in a professional environment where the group atmosphere is key.
