Function

On the one hand, we support freelance lawyers and legal professionals looking for temporary assignments. On the other hand, we assist our clients who need temporary reinforcement. As a consultant, you are ideally positioned to match supply and demand, creating added value for both our clients and candidates. Understanding what truly matters is the key. A legal background is indispensable in this role.

Our workdays primarily revolve around communication with people. Whether by phone, email, Teams call, or in person, interaction is at the core of what we do. As a consultant, you excel at listening attentively while also hearing what remains unsaid. Both clients and candidates rely on your expertise and discretion. Through your efforts, sustainable connections are built that benefit everyone involved.

In your role as a consultant, autonomy and flexibility take center stage. You will be responsible for managing your own clients, building personal relationships with both existing and new clients and candidates.

Profile

  • Do you hold a Master’s degree in law and have at least 3 years of experience as a legal professional or lawyer?
  • Do you have a strong command of Dutch, English, and French?
  • Are you a great communicator and derive satisfaction from human interaction?
