In this dynamic position, you’ll:

Provide strategic legal advice to the local business on compliance with Belgian laws and regulations.
Review and draft contracts and legal documents that shape the future of the business.
Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with external lawyers to manage local litigation and mitigate risks.
Monitor and analyse legislative trends to keep the business ahead of the curve.
Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure compliance is woven into the company culture.
Conduct in-depth legal research, prepare reports, and drive actionable insights.
Play a vital role in our Hub & Spoke model, connecting Legal, Corporate Affairs, Compliance and Commercial.
Tackle diverse ad hoc legal matters, turning challenges into opportunities.
Managing legal internal reporting processes and administrative procedures.

Fluency in Dutch (native speaker), English, and French.
Solid professional experience in at least three of these key areas:
- Consumer Law
- Commercial Law
- Contract Law
- Regulatory Compliance
- IP/IT, Software, Media & Technology
Sharp analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions with a commercial mindset.
