Liedekerke is currently seeking a lawyer with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A.
You will be involved in a broad range of matters for a varied client base, with a particular focus on M&A and PE/VC transactions. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating deal documentation, engaging with the clients and their counterparts, and managing matters from inception to closing.
