1. What's your role at Vialegis?

Within the Vialegis team, I focus on identifying, attracting, and placing talented legal professionals in the real estate sector. My role involves closely collaborating with clients and candidates to find the perfect match for their specific needs and expertise. With our extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, we can provide valuable and specialized legal support to both clients and candidates.

2. How long have you been with the company, and what drew you to this job in the first place?

I have been with Vialegis for a year and a half now. My decision to leave my previous workplace was driven by a deep desire for new challenges, more positivity, fulfillment, and the urge to further expand my knowledge. At Vialegis, I have had the opportunity to pursue these motivations and continue my professional journey while continually developing and growing.

3. What's your go-to productivity hack or favorite work-related app/tool?

LinkedIn is undoubtedly my favorite app and a crucial tool in my role as a legal recruiter. It allows me to build and maintain a valuable and extensive professional network.

4. How would your colleagues describe your work style?

Dynamic, to the point, positive, and with a smile.

5. What's your favorite part of your job?

Undoubtedly, my favorite aspect of my current role is when a candidate gives me positive feedback about my role as a recruiter. It's rewarding to hear that I have been a valuable asset in their search for a new challenge. This kind of recognition not only validates the value of my efforts but also strengthens my passion for matching talented individuals with the right opportunities.

6. What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?

Outside of work, I find fulfillment in my passions and hobbies. More than 10 years ago, I started practicing Thai boxing, and it's an activity I still enjoy to this day. It not only fulfills my need for physical activity but also provides an outlet for stress and a way to maintain my physical fitness.

Another great passion of mine is my love for a gastronomic lifestyle. I'm an enthusiast of delicious dishes and flavors. It's a way for me to relax, enjoy social moments, and discover new culinary tastes from the world of food.
