Deminor NXT zoekt een Senior Legal Associate voor haar kantoor in Gent. Je hebt minimaal 2 à 3 jaar praktijkervaring als advocaat, jurist of in een juridische afdeling van een advieskantoor. Je moedertaal is Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van Engels en / of Frans.

Master in Law with 6-10 years of professional experience in commercial law at a business law firm and/or as an in-house lawyer in a comparable company (having experience in both is a plus). Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

(Pas afgestudeerde) Master in de Rechten met interesse in het sociaal recht. Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans.

Jonge enthousiaste legal counsel met minimum 5 jaar ervaring in vastgoedrecht, als bedrijfsjurist of advocaat. Goede kennis van het Nederlands & Frans.

In pursuit of supporting its EU business operations, ST Engineering iDirect is in search of a seasoned and hands-on legal counsel / senior contract specialist to be based at its Belgium office in Sint-Niklaas. This hybrid role necessitates on-site presence minimum two days per week, collaborating closely with EU regional business leaders and teams to oversee all aspects of the commercial contracts processes. Candidate profile: master’s degree in law with 7 to 10 years of experience as a lawyer and/or in-house commercial contracts experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Knowledge of the satellite industry is a plus. Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus.

Master in Law with between 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate law (including M&A) and/or contract law as a lawyer and/or inhouse counsel.  You are fluent in English.

Voor Legacio zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren legal expert om het team in Vlaanderen aan te sturen. Je hebt minimum 8 jaar juridische ervaring, liefst in de materies van het erfrecht en/of familierecht, bv in een notariaat, bank of bedrijf. Je hebt ervaring met of deinst er niet voor terug een (klein) team aan te sturen, te coachen en te motiveren Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk), goede kennis van het Frans is een grote plus.
